Artiligent Solutions Pvt Ltd has below standard terms until further notice:

• Payment terms are always 100% advance unless mutually agreed for credit
• PO once raised on Artiligent cannot be cancelled
• The deliveries are EXW Mumbai office of Artiligent
• The Product Cost includes 1 Year AMC from the date of Invoice
• The Product cost are excluding taxes, shipping and insurance

RETUN POLICY All the Robots sold are eligible for return only under below circumstances:

• Goods arrived Dead On Arrival at customer place
• If any product needs replacement and Artiligent Solutions Pvt Ltd Tech team confirms RMA and approves return of product to Artiligent Solutions office in Mumbai.
• AMC is Ex Works Mumbai office and thus shipping cost will be borne by customer from his site to Artiligent office in Mumbai and back

REFUND POLICY Only on case of DOA and where customer explicitly insist REFUND of his money, the same will be agreed on case to case basis. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation is allowed only when the customer formally logs request before the date of payment or date of dispatch, which ever is earlier.
